I lost my the instruction book to my ironman watch and in trying to reset the time ended up with multiple alarms that go off in the middle of the night. How can I reset and get rid of these alarms? thanks Dan

I am having major problems attempting to set the occasion mode of the timex ironman.................can someone, anyone please simply the process. I would love to use this mode, but trying to set it has been more than exasperating. I probably have worn out the battery at this point.

Hi there.
How is this working? I just wanted to find the manual for this watch to help my kid stop his watch from beeping etc. Do I have to ask someone to send it to me??

I have set the correct time, date, etc. on my watch several times - but it continues to change over to the next day every afternoon. How do I fix this?
