To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to outbound and return shipping. Your form of payment will be credited after HotRef has received and inspected the returned merchandise. Non-returnable items*, such as personalized, edible & personal care products, returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender, nor credited to their account.
HotRef.com assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged merchandise as circumstances beyond our control such as local mail procedures, customs, theft, or other circumstances could in rare instances inhibit the arrival of your package.
