To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. Your form of payment will be credited after HotRef has received and inspected the returned merchandise. For non-free shipping order, we will reimburse you the full value of the merchandise on your order. For free shipping order, we will reimburse you the full order amount less the original shipping cost.
