How do you change the battery on a women\'s ironman timex watch. Once you take the back off, there is a metal grid holding the battery in. It\'s flimsy and I can\'t just pop it off. Any ideas?

Undo one small screw and slide the bracket to the side till you can pop out the battery.

I have had several of the Model no. 32827 Timex Indiglo Men's Dress Watches for years. Ones I wear for dress and ones I wear while working. For years I have replaced batteries in these type watches without a problem. I have three now that are not exactly the same in internal design and that I cannot get the bezel backs back on these watches. When I finally did on one back on the watch did not work. After never having a problem with this before it is very frustrating. One thing is the batteries are very hard to keep in place when replacing the back on two of them that have a different type designed nest to hold the battery. A side leaf spring keeps making the battery pop up and the slightest movement. Anybody know the trick to replacing these pop-off backs? Without getting a watchmaker to do it. It would be appreciated. Thanks, Wayne

I HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM AS STEPHEN ABOVE STATED, ANY ADVISE? tHERE IS A SMALL > symbol on the bezel but no mark on the body of the watch telling you where to line the > up to.
