CASH base on equity in the properties without looking at the credit scores or income. Note is up to 2 years and doesn't need to be the first position. The interest is between 6% - 8%, interest only payments with 2 – 4 points depending on the amount and term. No prepayment penalty!!
For example, loan amount of $50,000 for 1 year – cost $1,500 (3% points) – monthly payments based on 6.5% will be $271. It's that simple. Pay off the loan whenever you want with no penalty.
