Regular maintenance fee starts at $65.00 & up for 3 hours of service with a two person crew. Non regular maintenance - hourly rate starts at $18.00 per hour with 2 hours minimum charge requirement.
Mop tiled floors, polish wood floors & furniture, dusting, vacuuming, lite laundry, lite dish/pots & pans washing. Closet organizing, bath/toilet disinfecting and many more. We are very clean and we care. We use our own cleaning equipment and supplies, unless client prefer otherwise. The rates are reasonable due to the quality of work we do for you.
