A distinct and unique combination of physical and mental exercise (i.e. Yoga and Pilate) with the gentle and kindred touch of relaxation therapy followed by the royal style Tea Ceremony in the very elegant and gourmet-taste touch.

As our primary consideration is a client's health maintenance, we offer a sliding scale to those who cannot afford our regular rate. When scheduling an appointment, please let us know your situation.
