I can not remember how to set the date on my acqua digital watch. That are only 3 buttons to use. So I\'ve been looking for a manual or instructions for my watch. Do you know where I can obtain the instructions?

hold down mode button, when alarm settings flash press the mode button again once. This will bring you to time setting. press ST./STOP button continuesly until it brings you to date setting. First number is the month and then day.
