| These ornaments are beautiful! They are going to be the perfect wedding favor for my December wedding. They come packaged in a beautiful bag with a satin ribbon and the personalized tags are great. |

| I ordered a sample of the ornament before I placed my order. I loved it and the way it was packaged with the tag attached. I went ahead and ordered 100 for my daughter\'s wedding including personalized tags. Unfortunately the personalized tags are NOT the same as the tag that comes with the sample. They are almost twice as big and look too big for the bag itself. I would NOT recommend ordering the personalized tags. They do not come attached to the bag like the sample sent. They are separate so if you plan to use them you have to untie all the bags you ordered and take off the tag it comes with and then you have to hole punch the personalized tags and tie them all onto the bag. This is not what was represented on the website or the sample that was sent to me. |

| Beautiful added touch to our wedding tables. Very well made, and the organza bags were delicate. We ordered 70 and only three had the jewels that needed to be reglued to the centers and only one bad wasn't completely sewn closed. Overall very happy with the product. Elegant. I had the printed tags made and since they didn't come with a hole punched I just put them inside the bags. The back of the tag could have been color coded to the front rather than being just plain white so that was a little disappointing - over all we are happy! |

| My companies party was December 2nd 2011. When I ordered the product it was out of stock however the representatives assured me that I would have my products on time. Needless to say that they arrived in a timely manner and in pouches. I received the exact product that was in the picture that I ordered. I was very pleased with the ornaments. They were inexpensive and beautiful. Thank you HotRef for making our party memorable!

| Very helpful customer care service from the very first phone call to place the order. The product was just like the picture online. Very pleased with the beautifully created snowflake ornament and organza bag. I placed them in the package with my Christmas cards. Everyone loved them. A couple of beads had fallen off during shipping but I reglued them. No problem. I highly recommend HotRef. |
